Craft beer tracker

Untappd is the most popular mobile and desktop app for tracking beer-related adventures. You can review and rate the beer you’re drinking, and see what friends you’re drinking. The app can also help you find nearby bars that are serving your favorite brews and earn badges as you explore different styles of brews. Breweries can also create profiles and share your beer menus in the app, so you can connect with your absolute favorites. More “

Craft beer review

If you need all the data about a specific beer, Beer Citizen is your app. Beer Citizen’s website and app feature photos, reviews, and hundreds of characteristically related brews, such as mouthfeel, flavor notes, and aroma. This app will please data nerds and real beer aficionados, but non-obsessed may find themselves overwhelmed. In any case, it is a good resource for reviewing beer and understanding the differences between varieties. In fact, the terminology doesn’t extend that far from wine tasting notes.

Tracking your wine

Speaking of, Drync lets you log wines by snapping a picture of the label. Once that’s done, you can add your own flavor notes if you’re already drinking it or check out the ratings and description if you’re thinking about buying a bottle. You can connect with friends and share recommendations. Never go to a liquor store (or wine section) without it.

If hard alcohol is your game, Cocktail Flow is a drink recipe app that can help you create concoctions based on ingredients you probably already have. You can also search the app by the type of wine you want to use or by drink type (tropical, for example), event, or even color. The app also helps you to create a shopping list and estimate the cost if you are planning a party or a big event. You can save your favorites and view similar recipes for inspiration. More “

Lastly, the Alcohol Calculator helps you keep track of all your libations. Start by inputting your weight and gender in Settings and then start adding your drinks. You can either set a drink and end time or track duration by tapping when you start a drink and then tap when you’re done. This is a good way to see how fast you are drinking and whether you can slow down. Based on this information, the app will calculate your blood alcohol content (BAC) and also compare it to the legal limits in your area. Again, it does not replace a respirator and should only be used for entertainment purposes. Don’t drink and drive! More “
